Immortalize your character in a unique way!<br>You are bidding on a YCH (Your Character Here) slot in a custom-made deck of playing cards for Anthro Weekend Utah 2023. The winner of this auction will have their character drawn by the AWU featured artist Soyyemilk and included on the<br>Queen of Hearts<br>playing card.<br>This deck of cards is official convention merchandise and will therefore be distributed to all upper-tier convention members and available for sale in the Anthro Weekend Utah convention store.<br>It is crucial that you read ALL POLICIES below. By bidding on this auction, you acknowledge you have read these terms and agree to adhere to them.<br>WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE<br>Your character's inclusion on the Queen of Hearts card in the spy-themed Anthro Weekend Utah 2023 deck of playing cards.<br>Five decks of cards for your own use or to distribute to friends.<br>One canvas print of your character's drawing.<br>RULES AND REQUIREMENTS<br>You will not receive any of these items until July 2023<br>. They may be either picked up in-person at Anthro Weekend Utah 2023 or mailed to you shortly after the convention concludes. This will be arranged via eBay messaging.<br>Characters which are trademarked, are corporate intellectual property, or may otherwise be mistaken for such are not permitted.<br>In order to maintain a cohesive style and theme of the card deck, your character must be an anthropomorphic animal or mythical beast.<br>The drawing will be of a single character only; multiple beings are not permitted.<br>Your character will be stylized to match the theme of the deck of cards. Specific hex codes or any color values provided on references will likely be changed, as shading, lighting, and other stylization naturally modifies these values.<br>Your character will be drawn in a spy theme.<br>If you provide a "feral" (naturally walks on all fours, more animal-like) character reference, they will be converted to "anthro" (walks on two legs, more humanized) to match the theme of the card deck.<br>This piece has high artistic liberty, meaning that you will have minimal creative control over this piece of artwork. Other than the information you will provide initially upon winning the auction, the only other time you will be able to provide feedback/approval will be halfway through the drawing process when one WIP (work-in-progress) screenshot will be sent to you. You will otherwise not see your drawing until you receive your cards and canvas print.<br>You are permitted to win multiple auctions. However, the same character is not permitted to be featured more than once in this deck of cards. If you win multiple auctions, you must provide multiple distinct characters.<br>Anthro Weekend Utah reserves the right to refuse to include your character if it is deemed that your character's presence in the card deck would violate AWU's family-centric convention policies and image. In such a case, your win will be cancelled and you will be refunded.<br>WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE IF YOU WIN<br>A character reference showing your character's species, markings, general colors, and any crucial features in a minimum of two poses. Reference sheets must be SFW and cannot include genitalia or sexual/adult themes of any sort.<br>A signed contract (which will be provided to you) releasing your character for use on this piece of Anthro Weekend Utah convention merchandise.<br>The name of your character, which will be included in small text on your card.
